Return and Refund Policies
1. Exchanges between References: Our priority is your satisfaction and that you find your ideal garment. That is why exchanges can be made in the size within the same reference within 15 days from the shipping date (date printed on the USPS label). The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and GLAMNOVA Scrubs will be responsible for reshipping to the customer . All returns of merchandise are subject to inventory availability. GLAMNOVA Scrubs is not responsible if the garment you want is not available in the required size, in this case you will have 2 options:
A) YOU CAN CHOOSE FROM ANY OF THE AVAILABLE STYLES. IF THE NEW CHOSEN STYLE IS MORE EXPENSIVE, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE.
(B) YOU WILL MAINTAIN A STORE CREDIT AND WILL BE GIVEN PRIORITY ACCESS WHEN NEW MERCHANDISE ARRIVES IN THE STORE. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THIS MAY TAKE MORE THAN 30 DAYS. IT IS IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO BE AWARE THAT IF YOUR GARMENT HAS BEEN PURCHASED AT A SPECIAL DISCOUNT, THE CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR THE VALUE THAT WAS PAID FOR THE PURCHASE AND NOT FOR THE ORIGINAL VALUE OF THE GARMENT.
2. Conditions of the Garment : In order to make a return, it is essential that the garment is in perfect condition, without having been used or washed, and that it retains its original packaging and all its labels and accessories. If the garment shows signs of use or damage, such as deodorant stains, makeup or any impregnated aroma, the return cannot be accepted.
3. Review and Notification Process : Upon receiving the item, we will conduct a detailed review to ensure that it meets all the requirements for the exchange. If everything is in order, we will notify you and proceed with the exchange and the corresponding shipment.
4. Money Back Guarantee: We are committed to providing high quality products and services. However, we do not offer money back guarantees. We are here to help you find an alternative solution that will satisfy you.
Instructions for making a return by mail:
1. You must send an email to (glamnovascrubs@gmail.com) with your order number and the reason why you want to return the items.
2. The package must be addressed to the following address:

3. The customer will be responsible for the return mail (USPS) charges.
4. After making the shipment, you must send the tracking number or a photo of the USPS receipt to the same email.
5. Once we receive your package, the merchandise will be inspected and subject to approval for exchange or credit.
6. All communication regarding the change process must be via email.
